Our technicians have extensive experience servicing all major makes and models of older blueline equipment.
Each of our Pensacola nad Memphis technicians has completed extensive training courses at manufacturers' facilities provided under ISO 9000 compliance.  They have been trained on all Océ, KIP, Canon and HP equipment models.

Service Dispatch receives incoming calls and coordinates technicians in a manner that will optimize response time to our customer's needs.  Digital Now has Automated Dispatch Service, which allows our technicians to receive and clear their service calls via web enable cell phones.
Our Pensacola and Memphis technicians are provided factory training to maintain a high level of proficiency on the latest advances in technology. This includes training for new equipment and/or additional skill training, such as Comptia A+ certification.  The benefit of this training is shared by all of our customers.

Each of our technicians carries an extensive inventory of parts in their vehicle, and we also inventory many other parts at our offices for all types of Large Format equipment.  This reduces your downtime waiting on parts to be ordered.
